This season hasn't been kind to the Marbury Bulldogs, who are still winless after their fifth game. They took a  69-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of Benjamin Russell on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
 Marbury's lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   DJ Graham, who  scored 17 points along with 5  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Jamar Brown, who  scored 10 points along with 6  rebounds.
 Marbury's defeat was  their fourth straight at home, which  bumped their record down to 0-5. As for Benjamin Russell,  the  victory  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-0.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marbury will  face off against Autaugaville at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Benjamin Russell will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Auburn at 7:00  p.m.  on December 7th. Auburn is coming into the  game hot, having won their last four games.
