Osawatomie has struggled against Santa Fe Trail recently, as their match on Tuesday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Osawatomie lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jasper Sallee, who scored 11 points. Joseph Mitzner was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Osawatomie bumped their record down to 3-3 with that loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Santa Fe Trail, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.
