The Adirondack Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their tenth straight defeat. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 55-33 walloping at the hands of Holland Patent. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Adirondack in their matchups with Holland Patent: they've now lost four in a row.
Terralyn McLaughlin was her usual excellent self, scoring 12 points along with six steals for Holland Patent. McLaughlin is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Kirsten Lighthall was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Adirondack's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Holland Patent, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-9.
Adirondack will head out on the road to face off against Oriskany at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Holland Patent does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
