Tennyson is 2-8 against San Lorenzo since May of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Thursday. Tennyson will be playing at home against San Lorenzo  at 4:00  p.m. Tennyson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.4  runs per game  this season.
Tennyson took a loss when they played away from home  on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Valley Christian as Tennyson made off with  a  21-10 victory. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their third consecutive  win against them.
 Viridiana Leon was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing six bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having  posted two or more  stolen bases the last three times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Selena Gonzalez, who  scored four  runs and  stole four bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 Tennyson  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .800. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Meanwhile, San Lorenzo was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight  loss. They lost  24-1 to Berkeley.
 San Lorenzo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Tennyson, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
Tennyson's speedy runners might be the difference in Thursday's   contest. Tennyson has been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 11  stolen bases per game. It's a different story for San Lorenzo, though, as  they've been averaging  only 0.6  stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Tennyson continue to outrun the ball?
