The result was nothing new for Bible Baptist Christian, who have now won seven games by 28 points or more so far this season.
Bible Baptist Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaquayvion Gilmore, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 15 rebounds. The match was Gilmore's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Alano Doreste was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with 8 assists and 7 rebounds.
Bible Baptist Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-0. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46.33 points. As for Southside Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
Bible Baptist Christian will head out on the road to face off against Crossroads Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crossroads Christian Academy is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Southside Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Faith Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. Hopefully Faith Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 last Friday.
