The biggest upset of the week belonged to Wilson, who defeated 290th ranked Wilson, 28-13. Kyle Burdick ran for 127 yards and caught 1 passes for 14 yards during the win.
Cleveland Hill's Brandon Thomas rumbled for the longest rushing play in Section 6 C - North this season in his game against Akron last week. Thomas ran for 60 yards on the play and finished with 127 on the day as his team topped the Tigers.
The Lakemen's dynamic duo of Timothy Walch and Kevin Daunce proved to be unstoppable against Newfane, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Walch threw for 158 yards and Daunce had 71 yards receiving.

Leading Section 6 C - North in both passing and receiving yards, the Lakemen's Walch and Daunce have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-1 quarterback Walch has thrown for 306 yards this season, while Daunce has 8 catches for 209 yards. Cleveland Hill's Thomas leads the league in rushing yards with 205.
Fans will be treated to a premier battle in the secondary when Wilson's Daunce goes up against Glen Graham's team's Aaron Wesley.
Next week's game between the Lakemen and the Eagles will feature a good passing match up as Walch will test his arm against Wesley's defensive ability.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when Wilson and Cleveland Hill face off next week.
The Eagles are in first place, while the Lakemen are in sixth place.
Lackawanna moved up to 221 from 308 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Steelers climbed the ranks as a result of besting Tonawanda 18-6.
