The Natoma Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by Stockton 63-30.
Jackson Young and Shay Ramsey certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Young almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds, while Ramsey scored two points along with five rebounds. It was the first time this season that Young pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Natoma dropped their record down to 1-13 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.3 points per game. As for Stockton, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-14.
Natoma didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 77-25 defeat vs. Pike Valley on the 9th. Stockton has also already played their next matchup, a 72-27 loss against St. John's/Tipton Catholic on the 9th.
