Baseball Game Preview: Raymond Rams vs. Campbell

For the second straight game, Raymond will face off against Campbell. The Rams will challenge Campbell at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Raymond couldn't beat Campbell on Monday even though they stacked six runs on them in the fifth inning. The Rams came up short against Campbell, falling 15-6. The Rams haven't had much luck with Campbell recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

For Campbell's part, Michael Grace was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and one triple. That's the most hits Grace has posted since back in May of 2025. Another player making a difference was Nate Federico, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double.

Campbell always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .644. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Raymond's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Campbell, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Raymond has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 10.2 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Campbell struggles in that department as they've been averaging 8.8 strikeouts.
