Flint Hill had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They secured a 53-47 W over the Hun Raiders. While the Huskies didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

When it comes to explaining why Hun lost, don't look at Gabby D'Agostino. Despite the final result, she went 8 of 20 en route to 24 points and five assists. Another player making a difference was Addi McNally, who went 5 of 12 on her way to 15 points.

Flint Hill's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Hun, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-2 record.
