Teagan Greiman was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 On Lyons' side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Wyatt Waters, who  went 1-for-2 with  an  RBI.
 Wellington's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 6-9. As for Lyons, their defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 11-3.
 Wellington will take on Strasburg at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Strasburg has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed seven  runs per game on average), something Wellington will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lyons, they will be playing at home against Front Range Christian at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Lyons is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.8  runs per game  this season.
