Geneva and Jefferson Area are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. The Geneva Eagles will be playing at home against the Jefferson Area Falcons at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Geneva will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive.
Last Tuesday, Geneva came up short against Perry and fell 56-43. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Geneva has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Jefferson Area was able to grind out a solid win over Harvey on Tuesday, taking the game 66-54.
Geneva's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Jefferson Area, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
