Bishop Brady came tearing into  Wednesday's  match with eight straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by  a  12-4 margin over the Kearsarge Cougars. Considering the Giants have won four contests by more than five  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Abby Tyrrell made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out six over four innings pitched. Tyrrell was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  double.
 In other batting news, Bishop Brady let  Madison Mundy and  Payton Bryson run wild. Mundy  went 3-for-4 with six  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  triple, while  Bryson  went 1-for-3 with one  home run, three  stolen bases,  and three  RBI. Those  three  RBI gave  Bryson a new career-high.  Maryn Sherman was another key player,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with three  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 Bishop Brady  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .556. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kearsarge only posted  an  OBP of  .323.
Bishop Brady pushed their record up to 10-2-1 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Kearsarge,  they are  on  a  17-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
