Baker entered their tilt with Vernon on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They really took it to the Vernon Yellowjackets for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-26 win. The Gators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Baker got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Terrance Clausell out in front who went 7 of 10 en route to 14 points and five steals. The dominant performance also gave Clausell a new career-high in assists (three). AJ Chilton was another key player, going 6 for 8 on his way to 12 points and five steals.

Baker smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 18 offensive boards in five consecutive contests.

Baker pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points per game. As for Vernon, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Baker will welcome Ponce De Leon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Baker has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 200 points over their last three matches. As for Vernon, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 79-28 loss against Graceville on the 17th.
