After flying high against the Hellgate Knights last Friday, The Sentinel Spartans came back down to earth. Sentinel fell 27-17 to Glacier on Thursday. Sentinel was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Glacier apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.
Although Sentinel took the loss, they still got scores from Danny Sirmon and Brady Whitman.
Leading Glacier to victory were Cohen Kastelitz and Jackson Presley. Kastelitz picked up 102 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Presley threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns. Kastelitz is on a roll when it comes to receiving yards, as he's now posted 100 or more in the last three games he's played.
Sentinel's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Glacier, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
Sentinel is on the road again on October 27th and play against Great Falls at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Montana (Great Falls is ranked 34th, while Sentinel is ranked 29th). Glacier does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
