A big part of Neumann's victory came down to the chemistry between Peyton Frontino and his top target Jayden Petit. Frontino threw for 285 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.4 yards per attempt while Petit picked up 185 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Frontino has become a key player for Neumann: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least three passing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
Neumann didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Luke Tallstrom and Zachery Charlestin. Junior Joseph was another major factor on D, forcing one fumble and making seven total tackles (6.0 for loss).

Southwest Florida Christian's win came from a few key players Neumann will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Austin Hill, who threw for 203 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 125.7 passer rating, the most he's had since back in August. Southwest Florida Christian also got help from Brendan Sitar, who showed off his sure hands for 98 receiving yards.
Neumann's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Southwest Florida Christian, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's matchup: Neumann has been excellent in the air this season, having averaged 265.7 passing yards per game. It's a different story for Southwest Florida Christian, though, as they've been averaging only 146.8 passing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant passing game?
Neumann beat Southwest Florida Christian 16-8 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Celtics since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
