Meanwhile, Christian Community had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 49-36.
Christian Community's win came from a few key players Clarksville Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was B.J. Head, who went 7 for 13 en route to 19 points and eight boards. Those 19 points gave her a new career-high. Autumn Hubbard was another key player, putting up 13 points and four steals.
Clarksville Christian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-8. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.8 points per game. As for Christian Community, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
