Leading Carl Hayden Community to victory were Prince Cash and Tion Wright. Cash almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds, while Wright scored 18 points along with six steals and five rebounds. Wright hasn't dropped below three steals for three straight games. Dru Carter was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with seven assists and seven rebounds.
Camelback's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kofi Idris, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 18 rebounds. Idris is crushing the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Aken Logan, who scored 21 points.
Camelback struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Carl Hayden Community racked up 15 assists.
