The East Orange Campus Jaguars came up short against the Weequahic Indians on Thursday, falling 26-6.
Weequahic got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Heaven Porter out in front who picked up 60 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 47 yards and one touchdown. That's the most receiving yards Porter has posted since back in March. Another signal caller making a difference was Haddiyah Bell, who threw for 160 yards and one TD on only 11 passes.
East Orange Campus' defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 1-1-2 and their overall record down to 1-2-2. As for Weequahic, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
