Despite the defeat, Trinity Collegiate had strong showings from Autumn Kind, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds, and Makayla Legette, who scored 18 points along with seven assists and two steals. Legette hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. Saleese Kind was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with eight rebounds.
Trinity Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Heathwood Hall Episcopal, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-3.
Tuesday's game is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: Trinity Collegiate have been dynamite from deep this season, having made 40.4% of their threes per game. However, it's not like Heathwood Hall Episcopal struggles in that department as they've made 41.4% of their threes this season. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
