The Ossining Pride won the last time they faced the Port Chester Rams, and things went their way on Saturday too. Ossining claimed a resounding 67-32 win over Port Chester on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-8.
Ossining was led to victory by Kris Singh and Asher Cort. Singh scored 15 points along with 3 steals, while Cort scored 18 points. Gavin Thomas was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Ossining and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Port Chester, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ossining will take on Valhalla at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Port Chester will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on New Rochelle at 5:00 p.m. on December 14th.
