Another player making a difference was Allie Strandmark, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Ponca City's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-7. As for Bishop Kelley, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-5.
Ponca City won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hugo on January 6th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Oklahoma (Hugo is ranked 328th, while Ponca City is ranked 312th). Bishop Kelley and Marshall will face off on January 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
