In what's become a running theme this season, the Hendrickson Hawks gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They breezed by Pflugerville Connally at home to the tune of 73-35. The victory was familiar territory for Hendrickson who now have six in a row.
Pflugerville Connally lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ryland Reeves, who scored 16 points. That was a full 45.7% of Pflugerville Connally's points, marking the 20th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Karis Jones, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Hendrickson's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-7. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31 points. As for Pflugerville Connally, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-11.
Hendrickson will head out on the road to challenge Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Elgin focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Wednesday. As for Pflugerville Connally, they will be playing at home against East View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East View is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
