Randallstown has been on the road for three straight, but on Wednesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Towson Generals at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Randallstown's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matches.
Even though SEED scored an imposing 58 points on Friday, Randallstown still came out on top. Randallstown managed a 64-58 win over SEED.
Meanwhile, Towson ended up a good deal behind Catonsville on Monday and lost 66-48. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Towson in their matchups with Catonsville: they've now lost three in a row.
Towson's loss came about despite a quality game from Braden Renner, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Renner is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jordan Moss, who scored 14 points.
Randallstown pushed their record up to 10-8 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Towson, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Randallstown against Towson in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 69-40 win. With Randallstown ahead 39-12 at the half, the game was all but over already.
