The Rochester Zebras came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They skirted past Southwood 62-59. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Bowers hasn't dropped below three steals for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Reinartz, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
When it comes to explaining why Southwood lost, one person who can't be blamed is Bryce Wilcox. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 30 points and 11 rebounds.
