There's no place like home for Durfee, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 5-1 win over the Bishop Stang Spartans on Monday. The Hilltoppers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Durfee's record is now 10-7. As for Bishop Stang, they moved to 15-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Durfee will venture away from home to face off against Somerset Berkley Regional at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Hilltoppers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bishop Stang, they will take on Apponequet Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Lakers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
