Cooper Nelson Game Report: @ Union Parish

Cooper Nelson, Sterlington's leading scorer, solidified his role on Saturday. Nelson wasn't messing around, going 8 of 13 en route to 28 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The game was his fourth straight with 22 or morepoints. While that hot streak is impressive, perhaps more impressive is what he's done for his team: he's posted a third or more of Sterlington's points for four straight games.

Nelson and Sterlington will venture away from home to square off against Holy Savior Menard at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Nelson will face off against Bond Walker, the Eagles' star point guard.
