Smith Center's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Hoxie, the  win was  the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.
 Smith Center didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  game,  a  48-33  defeat against Phillipsburg on the 25th. As for Hoxie, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  match,  a  48-41  loss against Oakley on the 25th.
