If Juab was riding high  fresh off their  60-18 takedown of San Juan last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Juab Wasps took  a  58-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Summit Braves on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wasps of the  55-44 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in December of 2023.
 Several Wasps players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Mollie Blankenagel, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on nine points and 11  rebounds. Blankenagel is also crushing it when it comes to  steals: she's   grabbed at least three every time she's  taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was  Hailee Hall, who  had eight points plus nine  rebounds.
 Even though they lost, Juab  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 14  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least 12  offensive rebounds in three consecutive  games.
 North Summit had a senior duo take command as  Hartlynn Richins  almost  dropped  a triple-double on 17 points, nine  rebounds,  and nine  assists and  Hayzlyn Murdock  dropped  a double-double on 20 points and 12  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most  points  Murdock has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ellie Stephens, who  had eight points plus 13  rebounds and three  steals.
 Having lost for the first time  this season, Juab  fell to 2-1. As for North Summit, the  victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
 Juab will challenge Salem Hills at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for North Summit, they will square off against Draper APA at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. North Summit is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54  points per game  this season.
