Wilson's Cory Hincks recorded the longest rushing play in 5A Portland this season in his game against Benson Tech last week. Hincks scampered for 80 yards on the play and finished with 210 on the day as his team beat the Techmen.
Wilson extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Benson Tech, 70-25. The victory was the sixth in a row for Ken Duilio's team.
Roosevelt's Kimane Domena and Antonio Bella have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Domena has thrown for 993 yards this season, while Bella, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 37 catches for 752 yards. Hincks from the Trojans leads the league in rushing with 1203 yards.
A big matchup in 5A Portland this week will be when Madison takes on Wilson. The Senators are in third place, while the Trojans are in first place.
Wilson took down the Techmen 70-25 last week, the largest margin of any game. Hincks in the win.
