Sturgis is on a roll when it comes to  home runs, as she's  now  launched  at least one in the last three games she's  played. On the mound, she  tossed 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (she also only allowed one  walk). McLemore was even better at the plate,  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances with a  home run.
 In other batting news,  Liana Dimovski made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 3-for-5 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  stolen base.  Aliyah Roseman was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Alonso's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 6-1. They've been dominating during the  matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 10.7 runs. As for Dunedin, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
 Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Monday. Alonso hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 0.8  home runs per game.
