The American History Bald Eagles's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Weehawken Indians at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th. American History has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
American History pushed their score all the way to 55 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. The matchup between them and Bloomfield wasn't particularly close, with American History falling 72-55.
Despite their defeat, American History saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Edgar De Los Santos, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Ahmad Woodard, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Weehawken pushed their score all the way to 57 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 64-57 to Paramus. Weehawken has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
American History has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season. As for Weehawken, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.
