On Friday, Redan are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against McNair at 5:15 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
It could have been worse for Redan, but it could have been a whole lot better too, as the team fell 8-24 to Lithonia last Friday.
Meanwhile, McNair took care of business in their home opener. They captured a comfortable 20-0 win over Towers. The McNair offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the contest anyway.
McNair's victory lifted them to 1-0 while Redan's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if McNair can add another positive mark to their record or if Redan can shake off the loss and take the spring out of McNair's step.
