Chace Hurley Turns in Season-Best Performance
Chace Hurley produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Pueblo South to the win on Thursday. Hurley picked up a sack and made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss). He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run.
The victory (which was Pueblo South's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Hurley and Pueblo South will square off against Harrison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Devon Baker and Co. Win Fourth in a Row
Devon Baker was instrumental in extending Discovery Canyon's winning streak to four on Saturday. Baker was unstoppable, picking up a sack and making four total tackles. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making four total tackles.
Discovery Canyon's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Their road trip will continue as they head out to face Lewis-Palmer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Herrera Posts Huge Game in 47-0 Victory
Another Pueblo South player making an appearance on this list is Caeden Herrera. He threw for 159 yards and four touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes.
Pueblo Centennial's probably not too fond of Herrera given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Herrera saw the Bulldogs), he threw for 76 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 30 yards.
