Dothan has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Percy Julian Phoenix at 12:00 p.m. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
Last Friday, Dothan came up short against JAG and fell 61-51.
Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Percy Julian's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (77-72), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Dothan's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Percy Julian, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5.
Dothan strolled past Percy Julian when the teams last played back in February by a score of 68-52. Will Dothan repeat their success, or does Percy Julian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
