The Bountiful RedHawks will head out to challenge the Box Elder Bees at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Bountiful sitting on 14 straight victories and Box Elder on three.
Bountiful's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Cyprus as they made off with a 6-0 win. The RedHawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Ella Miller made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 18 over seven innings pitched. Those 18 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Isabeau Hoff was incredible, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. Claire Yates was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.
Bountiful kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in five consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Box Elder got the win against Clearfield on Tuesday by a conclusive 11-3. The Bees might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by seven runs or more this season.
Lucy Braegger spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on four hits and racked up six Ks.
On the hitting side, Box Elder got a massive performance out of Maclee WIllard, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that WIllard launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kailee Hall, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-4.
Bountiful pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average this season. As for Box Elder, their record now sits at 16-2.
Both Bountiful and Box Elder just can't seem to miss. The RedHawks have been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.7 hits per game. However, it's not like Box Elder struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 3.5 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bountiful came out on top in a nail-biter against Box Elder in their previous matchup back in March, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the RedHawks since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
