Norborne's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Tina-Avalon, they dropped their record down to 2-13 with that loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Norborne skirted past Tina-Avalon 39-37 in their previous meeting back in November of 2023. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Tina-Avalon's Abby Jones, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
