There's no place like home for the Shelbyville Rams, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against Warrensburg-Latham by a score of 56-49 on Thursday. That's another feather in the cap for Shelbyville, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Shelbyville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kenzie Jones, who scored 15 points along with six steals and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Dru Clark, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds.
Shelbyville's victory bumped their record up to 9-16. As for Warrensburg-Latham, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-22.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shelbyville will take on the at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Warrensburg-Latham, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bullets at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
