Suttons Bay lost to Glen Lake on the road by a decisive 69-52 margin. While losing is never fun, Suttons Bay can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 610th, while Glen Lake is ranked 167th).
It was another big night for Jacob Plamondon, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and 11 rebounds for Glen Lake. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Plamondon has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Benji Allen, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Suttons Bay has been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Glen Lake, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.
