If Central Valley wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Thomas Jefferson, they should've done a better job of containing Tyler Eber. The Jaguars were the clear victors by a 37-14 margin over the Warriors on Friday for which the team can thank Eber, who rushed for 225 yards and four scores. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 15th straight game with at least 103 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Although Central Valley took the loss, they still got scores from Lukas Gerovac and Ethan Bosco.

Thomas Jefferson has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 20 points this season. As for Central Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
