Kent Denver found their leader in underclassman Caleb Fay, who scored 22 points along with three steals. Fay is crushing the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Elvis Lloyd, who scored seven points along with five assists and five steals.
Despite the loss, Jefferson Academy still got an impressive performance from Ian Quaratino, who scored eight points.
Kent Denver pushed their record up to 16-2 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 87.2 points per game. As for Jefferson Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-9.
