Make it eight blowout wins for the Rosamond Roadrunners this season. They blew past Wasco 69-31 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Rosamond who now have seven in a row.
Leading Rosamond to victory were Andrew Arredondo and Fabian Robles. Arredondo scored 22 points, while Robles scored 25 points. Arredondo has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Gomez, who scored nine points.
Rosamond has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Wasco, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rosamond will take on Bishop Union at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wasco, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kennedy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Kennedy is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
