Basic is 6-1 against Sierra Vista since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Wolves will face off against the Mountain Lions at 5:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Despite the defeat, Basic got top-tier performance from Mia Frias, who posted 31 points. Frias is becoming a predictor of the Wolves' success: when she posts at least 20 points the team is 2-1 (and 1-2 when she doesn't). Tiara Tucker was another key player, putting up 12 points.
