The Lynn Bears waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with five straight wins but they left with six. They walked away with a 53-46 victory over Addison. This was payback for Lynn, who suffered a 80-64 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Cale Tittle continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylen Roberts, who scored nine points along with 13 rebounds and two steals.
Lynn's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4. As for Addison, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lynn won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Hackleburg at 7:30 p.m. on January 12th. Addison will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oakman at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
