Wicomico's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Se'Lah Foreman, who scored 25 points along with nine steals and seven assists. That makes it five consecutive games in which Foreman has scored at least 25% of Wicomico's points. Another player making a difference was Gabrielle Corbin, who dropped a triple-double on 14 points, 13 rebounds, and ten blocks.
Washington bumped their record down to 0-2 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Wicomico, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washington will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Salisbury at 10:00 a.m. on December 28th. Wicomico will be home for the holidays to greet Chincoteague at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
