The Bedford Bisons ended up a good deal behind the Huntingdon Bearcats on Friday and lost 28-9.
Gabriel Taylor threw for 29 yards on three of 12 attempts. Carter Kozielec was his top target, picking up 26 receiving yards.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Huntingdon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Evan Edmiston, who rushed for 91 yards and two TDs, and also picked up 71 receiving yards and one touchdown. Edmiston showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 68 yards. Another player making a difference was Reese Hughes, who rushed for 45 yards.
Bedford has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Huntingdon, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.
