Cole Samburg was the offensive standout of the matchup as he rushed for 54 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 134 yards on only nine passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in November of 2024.

Langley now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Oakton, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
Langley strolled past Oakton in their previous matchup back in August of 2024 by a score of 17-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Saxons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
