It was a Battle of the Birds when Kelly faced off against Charleston on Monday. The Hawks blew past the Bluejays 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Thursday.

One reason for the win was Kelly's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-22, 25-15.

The victory made it two in a row for Kelly and bumps their season record up to 3-12. As for Charleston, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kelly will host East Prairie at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Charleston, they will be playing at home against Oran at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
