The Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They breezed by Belle Plaine at home to the tune of 64-8. The result was nothing new for Winfield-Mt. Union, who have now won seven contests by 26 points or more so far this season.

As for Belle Plaine, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Winfield-Mt. Union has the luxury of staying home another week and will welcome Moravia at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. One thing working in Moravia's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last eight contests. Belle Plaine does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
