Things haven't been easy for Coffeeville, and their matchup last Thursday only extended their streak of losses to four. They were dealt a punishing 0-63 defeat at the hands of Simmons. Coffeeville were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-56.
Meanwhile, McAdams got themselves on the board against Riverside last Friday, but Riverside never followed suit. McAdams put the hurt on Riverside with a sharp 28-0 victory. McAdams were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
McAdams's win lifted them to 3-6 while Coffeeville's loss dropped them down to 1-7. We'll find out if McAdams can add another positive mark to their record or if Coffeeville can shake off the loss and take the spring out of McAdams's step.
