In what's become a running theme this season, Winchester Thurston gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 68-36 win over Geibel Catholic. The win was familiar territory for Winchester Thurston who now have three in a row.
Bishop Canevin pushed their record up to 5-5 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.7 points per game. As for Winchester Thurston, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
Everything came up roses for Bishop Canevin against Winchester Thurston in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 93-52 win. With Bishop Canevin ahead 64-26 at the half, the match was all but over already.
